United States immigration to Argentina.

Argentina has always been a magnet for immigrants. Never before, however, has Argentina attracted so many immigrants from the US.

Since 2000, of the top 19 nationalities that have applied for permanent Argentine residency, the United States is #5 with almost 25,000 applications and the only English speaking country represented.

Furthermore, countless other US citizens have made Argentina their new home without formally legalizing their status.

The numbers alone suggest a great need of assistance toward eliminating the common problems faced in meeting the demands of a new country.

The numbers alone also suggest an immense amount of knowledge and skills entering Argentina along with ourselves. Sharing this know-how can't help but to make all our lives more productive and enjoyable.

Another powerful reason for our coming into being are services that many foreigners believe are provided by their embassy and consulate.

Although powerful, consulate services are required to be neutral and have limited manpower. We are not restrained to the same degree.

Last but not least is the world-wide economic crisis. Incomes and economic opportunities are diminishing in Argentina and the world-over.

Personal efficiencies and co-operative networks haven't been quite so important for a long time. We feel that eliminating the commonplace hurdles that all arrivals face will make us a community that can concentrate on more difficult issues and allow us the time to do so.

And it could be a lot of fun.
